Data collected
- Technical logs that may include IP address, user-agent and requested URL, generated by hosting and CDN infrastructure.
- Email content when a message is sent to support.
- Purchase and billing data if a paid product is acquired through a payment processor (processed by that processor under its own terms).
Legal bases
Processing relies on legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, performance of a contract for paid products, and consent where cookies that are not strictly necessary are used. Applicable LGPD bases include arts. 7 and 11; GDPR bases include arts. 6(1)(b), 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(a) where relevant.
Retention
Server logs are retained for a limited operational window. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Purchase records follow tax and consumer-law retention periods.
Cookies
Essential cookies may be required for security or access control on the hosting platform. Analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced, will be disclosed and, where required, gated by consent.
International transfers
Infrastructure providers may process data outside Brazil. Transfers rely on contractual safeguards and provider compliance programs consistent with LGPD and, where applicable, GDPR transfer tools.
